Birthday Hats Card

If you haven't yet, please take a second to enter my 400 follower giveaway!
I made this card a LOOOOOONG one.  It measures 9" x 4"
(the card stock base only measure 9" x 2 1/2").

The center b-day hat is mounted up on pop-dots. Part of the challenge over at MAG is to use cuts from only one page on the specified Cricut Cartridges, in this case p. 110 on Doodlecharms.  So the birthday hat border is from that page but so is the little postage stamp style border along the bottom of the page.  It's actually the card feature on that page.

The stamp is from Scrappy Mom's.  I added LOTS of layers of gel pen stitches on this card. I really think it added to the whimsy of this card!! :)

I added some brown and white twine (wrapped around the card front multiple times) and tied it in a bow.  I hot glued a white button to the bow too.

Supplies Used:
Craft Card stock
Heidi Grace Pattern paper
brown and white twine from Really Reasonable Ribbon
Studio G Glitter Glue
ATG glue runner
Scotch quick dry glue
pop dots
white button
white gel pen

Cartridges Used:
Doodlecharms: all cuts from page 110
