We All Scream for Ice Cream!

I've been on a roll with the tall/long cards.  The card bodies measure 9" x 8" scored in half to a card measuring 9" x 4" and fit perfectly in a business size envelope.  What's great about that?? These envelopes are super cheep and easy to find... plus they don't require ANY extra postage!!

I used Sweet Treats for this card!! How cute is that Ice Cream Sundae!
I cut all layers at 3 1/2" but didn't cut all the layers. I also cut off the candle that comes on this cut. All the solid colors are cut from scraps, the background stripy paper is from "Cupcakes and Cherries" by Paperage (bought at Tuesday Morning).

The little sentiment tag is a old McGill punch, the stamp is from Studio G. The thin pink ribbon is from Michaels, and the rhinestone strips are Best Occasions. The little pink button is from my stash. I also threw on some gel pen stitches around the brown mat.

I added three little rhinestones in three different sizes to the top of each ice cream scoop. I just love this card, I hope you do too! :)

  10. So that is just gel pen stitching? It really looks like the real thing! What size did you cut the bowl and scoops of ice cream to make them fit the card?
