Jack -O-Lantern invites

I made this fun invites for my neighbor's birthday party. He wanted a Halloween themed birthday and this is what we came up with.
Using Wrap it up we cut the face of a jack o lantern, and hid the face shapes (using my Gypsy) to create a back to our pumpkin. These two layers are sized to 5" wide.

We created an insert to go inside of our jack o lantern. We also attached our stem to this layer. Here you can see how the insert sits inside the pumpkin and the yellow shows through like it's lit from inside. The little outlines and details on the pumpkin are added using and orange Glaze gel pen from Gelly Roll.

We simply printed the party info on the backside of our yellow oval insert. It works perfectly. :)

Love these invitations! Wrap it Up has some really cute Halloween cuts on it. I really like how you created the insert layer for all the party info.
