I LOVE Popsicles!

Today marks the start of another Die Cuttin' Divas Challenge!!
This weeks theme is
+ make a kid themed project.
(scroll down for the sketch)

Here is my card for this week. The popsicle paper is from Momenta's Summer Fun double sided cardstock collection (the blue is the reverse of the popsicles. This card measures 5 1/2" x 8 1/2".

The punched strip is finished off with Fiskars' Threading Waters punch. I rounded the corners with my 1/2" Corner Chomper.

Here is the sketch for this weeks challenge. Feel free to flip it on it's side or use it as is.

The popsicles are cut from Simply Charmed at 2 1/2" and I used a segment of a real popsicle stick to finish them off. I just love the way they look when cut out of the DCWV glitter card stock. The adorable stamp is from Studio G. To match the sketch, I added three blue rhinestones.

Here you can see how I popped the popsicles up on pop dots, the one in the center on two layers of pop dots. And one of my card would not be finished without some white gel pen doodling. :)

I added another Studio G stamp (be cool) and a Hero Arts stamp from Big Hugs to the inside. I just love decking out the inside of the card too.

We'd love for you to come on over and play along with us at Die Cuttin' Divas!
