Here is a thank you card I made for my sister. She recently had a baby but before that she worked at PetSmart as the lead dog trainer so a doggy card is a given for her! :)
I made this card a shaped card... I know... big surprise!! I've been stuck on shaped cards lately! The card measures 4" x 9" so it fits in standard business (#10) envelope.
As plain as this card is, I couldn't resist adding some gel pen stitching on the blue and craft colored layers and making a bow with my Bow-Easy to put on the left side.
There is no shadow for this doggy so I just cut a second base layer in black and offset it for the shadow look. I set some little rhinestones under the sentiment and I am done. Super simple... I usually do lots more but this puppy was so simple that I didn't want to overwhelm him! :)
