I have the fun card to share today.  I love these paper scallop flowers! I've seen many You Tube videos and blog tutorials about them, but this is the first one I've made. The card base shaped came from the Christmas Cards Cartridge, I sized it on my Gypsy to a finished card size of 3 1/2" x 6".
I used seven 2" scalloped circle punched from double-sided pink paper for my flower. I brad in the center, a self adhesive pearl and some glitter glue and my flower was complete. I then added some green gingham ribbon looped into leaves add a sweet finishing touch.

The sentiment mat is the same shapes as the card base. The sentiment comes from the Sentimental Sunday Blog (they have a few free sentiment downloads each Sunday). I cut slits in my sentiment mat and laced the ribbon through the slits.

All the paper is from Heidi Grace. I used my Zig fine point marker for the green stitches about the card mat and the sentiment mat. Look at all that dimension from the flower. I really think this will have to be a hand delivered card... that's not really a bad thing! :)

One last look at my flower.

I am entering this card into the challenge over at Sentimental Sundays:
