"Give Thanks" Card

Here is a card I made today using a few new techniques.


I used Sure Cuts A Lot to cut the turkey and the "give thanks"
I used my brand new Gypsy to cut the feathers from Paper Doll Dress Up (and I was able to hide the headband from the cut and make the size exactly right.)

In this picture, you can see some of the dimension I added with some THICK pop dots between the mat layer and the card base. I also added pop dots under the "Give Thanks"/turkey layer.
I made some dimension to the feathers by lightly creasing them so they stick up some.

As you can see, the paper on the front is matched on the inside of the card too. I threw in some doodle dots all around the card.  Add a cute layered paper flowers, a button topped off with string and a sheer white ribbon running the height of the card and I am done.

That Turkey is cute...I like him a lot. and the font on the "thanks" is super I want that...but i don't have SCAL :(
